According to performance and usage, it can be divided into universal type, ultra-low temperature resistant type, ultra-high temperature resistant type, high strength type, oil resistant type, medical type, and so on. According to the different monomers used, it can be divided into methyl vinyl Dongguan EVA foam, fluorosilicone, nitrile EVA foam, etc.
EVA foam is mainly divided into room temperature vulcanized EVA foam and high-temperature vulcanized EVA foam. Room temperature vulcanized EVA foam can be divided into three types based on its composition, vulcanization mechanism, and usage process, namely single component room temperature vulcanized EVA foam, two component condensation type room temperature vulcanized EVA foam, and two component addition molding room temperature vulcanized EVA foam.
The three series of room temperature vulcanized EVA foam have their own characteristics: the advantage of single component room temperature vulcanized EVA foam is easy to use, but the deep curing speed is difficult; The advantages of dual component room temperature vulcanized EVA foam are that it does not release heat during curing, has a small shrinkage rate, does not expand, and has no internal stress. Curing can be carried out both internally and on the surface, allowing for deep vulcanization; The vulcanization time of addition molding room temperature vulcanized EVA foam mainly depends on the temperature.
