It is an excellent thermal conductive filling material, widely used in electronic and electrical products. EVA foam has a beautiful appearance, with shockproof, anti-skid, collision resistant, scratch resistant functions, and extremely high transparency. It is widely used in organic glass, glass handicrafts, display racks, household appliances, furniture products, hardware accessories, transparent plastic products, and so on.
Silicone rubber has outstanding high and low temperature resistance, maintains good elasticity in the temperature range of -70 ℃ -+260 ℃, and has advantages such as ozone resistance and weather aging resistance. It is suitable as a sealing gasket in thermal machinery. Because it has no toxicity, it can be used to make thermal insulation, insulating products and medical rubber products. At the same time, it has various excellent properties such as waterproofing, flame retardancy, high temperature resistance, conductivity, wear resistance, and oil resistance, and is widely used in various industries such as machinery, electronics, and plumbing. Fluorine rubber gasket (FPM): It has high temperature resistance and can be used in environments ranging from -30 ℃ to+250 ℃. It is resistant to strong oxidants, oil, and acid and alkali. Usually used in high-temperature, high vacuum, and high-pressure environments, but also suitable for oily environments. Due to its various excellent properties, fluororubber is widely used in sectors such as petroleum, chemical, aviation, and aerospace.
The characteristics of EVA and PEVA are:
1. Biodegradable: Will not cause harm to the environment when discarded or burned.
2. Similar to the price of PVC: EVA is more expensive than toxic PVC, but cheaper than PVC without Phthalic acid.
3. Lightweight: EVA has a density between 0.91 and 0.93, while PVC has a density of 1.32.
4. No odor: EVA does not contain organic odors such as Amonia.
5. Excluding heavy metals: Comply with relevant international toy regulations (EN-71 Part 3 and ASTM-F963).
6. Phthalic acid free: suitable for children's toys and without risk of plasticizer release.
7. High transparency, softness and toughness: The application range is very broad.
8. Super low temperature resistance (-70C): suitable for freezing environments.
